Breaking the Mold without Forgetting the Old

Here I go again

Here I am with a natural ability
Look at my creativity
Take my liberty
On the 4th of July
My fly bye
Sky High
Ask Why?
Tell you how
Tell you now
Lift my eyebrow
Disapprove
Win and lose
His or hers
Pick and choose
One of the two
Two of the one
You are the sun
Bright in my eye
Two pair
Trips don’t care
Royal Flush
Coming from the underbrush
Friends bends the table
Christian label
I am able to talk
About my fear
With cheer
Stand and stare
It might not be fair
But come and see
I have your remedy
Your cause for confusion
Your cure for delusion
I’m not here to amuse
I’m here to light of your fuse
Bruise your heart
Start and stop
Green to red
Went to your head
Bullet full of lead
I said what who when
Why then you shy
Man of a guy
Can’t ask why
Take off your fake
Put on your emergency brake
For goodness sake
Slow down crystal crown
You’re not all you think you are
You fall from your place afar
Pride’s evil side will hide your true
Intuition, your created ambition
Embrace your creation that collaborated
And elaborated your relation to the train station
As you leave and breathe a breath of hesitation
Your heart pumps throat lumps
Leave me behind as you to try to find
The one of kind self preservation
I’ll miss your instigation
Petty retaliation
My melody is inside me
Take a dive and drive
Too the deep end of my head
I said here we are outside my car
Hand slightly on the door
Trying to ignore the lagging
Bragging slightly nagging
Feeling that I feel deep inside
That will collide with my gaze
That spoke the phrase
I love you too
I wish I knew
If it was you or me too
Or just another thank you

i'll i have to say is wow! your writing tends to inspire me to be more creative, by trying new things and ideas. i love this poem. At first it makes no sense but as u read a couple lines it starts to make sence. Just like Robert said in class the poem dictates how we read and understand it. i love how the lines rhyme and flow.
